Our Journey to Alaska
February 14, 2009 - We flew to Anchorage, Alaska to see Victory Bible Camp for the first time.
April 21, 2009 - After much prayer and seeking God, we feel that this is what He has planned for us at this time. We officially applied to be full time missionaries with Victory Ministries of Alaska, serving at Victory Bible Camp in Sutton, Alaska.
June 4, 2009 - We have officially been approved to serve with Victory Ministries of Alaska. At this point, we will start the process of seeking the prayer and financial team that God has already selected for us. This is an exciting time of trusting God and seeing what he will do!!
August 2009 - We now have 7% of our financial support raised - we are excited about what God is doing!
November 2009 - We are visiting Grace Community Church in Washingtonville, NY. We will be presenting our ministry there and we are praying that God will raise up more ministry partners!
January 29, 2010 - We listed our house in NY for sale. Not the greatest market or time to be selling.
March 27 - 31, 2010 - Bret was able to attend the Victory Ministries 2010 staff retreat in Anchorage.
April 4, 2010 - We got a contract on our home. The house sold in just over two months, with out having to reduce our original listing price. We are scheduled to close on June 25th (the last day of the school year for the kids.) God is good!!
